How is dwelling coverage calculated?

What is contractor default insurance?
It covers financial loss if a contractor abandons the project, goes bankrupt, or fails to complete work per contract. It's part of our Home Improvement coverage.
How long is the warranty extension?
We extend builder warranties up to 3 additional years on materials and workmanship. Optional 5-year extension available.
Are materials covered during transport?
Yes, material damage coverage includes theft or damage while in transit to the job site and during storage.
Do I need improvement insurance if I'm the contractor?
This policy is designed for homeowners. Contractors should carry their own general liability and workers' comp. Our coverage protects you from contractor-related risks.
Does Medicare Advantage include prescription drugs?
Yes, all our Medicare Advantage plans include Part D prescription coverage with $0 generics at preferred pharmacies.
